  • University Name & Degree Program

  • IP address, browser/device type, and log data

  • Pages visited, time spent, and interaction patterns

c. Uploaded Content

  • Notes, assignments, files, links, discussions
    (You retain ownership of your content.)

  • Create and manage your account

  • Show relevant content and groups

  • Improve user experience and platform performance

  • Ensure safety through moderation tools

  • Send platform-related updates, alerts, or announcements

We NEVER sell your personal information to third parties.

  • Your Posts: Visible within groups you post in

  • Private Messages (if feature is active): Only visible to sender and receiver

  • Analytics tools (to improve user experience)

These services are required to operate UthDesk efficiently and securely.
